Touch Art – The Expression of Empathy, brings together works by 21 artists, offering the public the change to interact with the works, in a unique and immersive touch experience.
The exhibition aims to have a positive impact on the lives of people with some form of disability, promoting public awareness of their needs and contributing to actions that promote accessibility and equal opportunities.
Each artist will donate 10% of the sale value of their works to Laramara – Associação Brasileira de Assistência à Pessoa com Deficiência Visual, a non-profit organisation which aims to support human development and the effective social inclusion of those with visual impairment, by providing specialised support.
The curators of Touch Art – The Expression of Empathy believe that art helps us to understand and build a story that includes, touches and makes the soul vibrate.
